Tanyosho Pine

My tree story is going to be about the Tanyosho pine. The first time I came across this tree I had to stop in my tracks because of its beauty, its grace, and it just stood there inviting me to come closer. Unfortunately I couldn't come close enough to give it a hug, but I can enjoy it from a little bit of a distance. I just love the color of this tree, and how graceful it stands in its own place not surrounded by too many other trees. I like to look at the texture. I'm an artist, and so I pay attention to colors, textures, and shapes very carefully. So every time I get a chance I come to the tree to say "hello," and I don't care if anybody else is listening.
